Orphic is an AI-powered content creation application that helps users generate various types of content including:

- Carousel content
- Thread posts
- Video scripts
- Silent reel content
The service uses artificial intelligence to transform your ideas into polished, engaging content.
3. User Accounts
To use Orphic, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Orphic offers subscription-based access to premium features:
- Free Tier: Limited content generations per month
- Pro Subscription: Unlimited generations and premium features
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms and our subscription pricing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the ideas and content you input into Orphic. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your input to generate content. You are responsible for ensuring your input does not:
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Generated Content
Content generated by Orphic is provided for your personal and commercial use. You may use generated content on social media platforms and other channels. However:
- We do not guarantee that generated content is unique or original
- You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing
- Generated content should not be used for illegal purposes
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Orphic to:
- Generate content that promotes violence, hate, or discrimination
- Create misleading or false information
- Spam or engage in abusive behavior
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the application
- Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
8. Intellectual Property
Orphic and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Orphic is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Generated content will meet your specific requirements
- Any errors in the service will be corrected

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:
